Great service, but prices are too high.

We bought a pre-owned car from Greentree Toyota and could not be happier for all the right reasons. For the last 20 years we have taken all our cars to Greentree Toyota Service (Toyota Highlander, Lexus RX330 and Lexus ES350) and Greentree has always delivered amazing service. We bought our more recent vehicle (a Lexus 350L with 20k miles) from Greentree with the expectation that should there be any issues they would take care of it. Indeed, after buying the vehicle, we noticed that the brakes vibrated, we made an appointment and Greentree Service took care of the problem (they replaced the front rotors and pads) at no cost. Greentree Sales and Service work collaboratively, and that is why we will always buy our vehicles from Greentree Toyota; no drama and more peace of mind... whether it is a Toyota or a Lexus.
