I love my Rav 4 Prime, I started the lease in February 2024 and got an excellent discount. Joe helped me understand everything and explained how to use the panel with car play. He was patient, answered all my questions and never talked down to me. What I really liked was he too, owns a Rav 4 and has owned it for some time. I went to Honda and Kia looking for a hybrid and the costs were astronomical and the cars handled okay. The Service people are also very professional. I’m very satisfied.

This review is for both service department as well as the body shop. I have been getting service done since 2009. Very courteous and friendly people. Service is great. Service reps explain things clearly. They also explain which work is urgent and which needs to be done in a future service. Associates and reps have often gone an extra mile to resolve an issue or provide discounts.

I get great, friendly, thorough service at Greentree Toyota and their waiting area is very nice so I can work while I wait for my car. Cust Svc Rep Kim is awesome! Keep her! Her level of attention is rare in our marketplaces. We need more of her!

They were not able to find and fix a problem that I have with the car's computer. I find the computer to be very quirky and will not lease another Rav Prime if it is not improved by next year. Also, the waiting room should have coffee and water and maybe some snacks for the people who have to wait two hours for their cars.

Recently had my 19RAV4 in for routine service. Once again excellent experience. Service Advisor very helpful and professional. Car went in right on time. Was ready about 2 hours ahead of promised time Great operation..
